IMPORT - EXCEL import (Ziber format)

Easily create a free import yourself via Ziber's Excel file.

Excel (free import)

Download the Excel file at the bottom of the page: Import definition
The file must be saved in .XLSX format
Each tab needs the column names in the first line
Names of tabs and columns may not be changed
For the languages that are supported, use the code from: available languages

Note: The Excel import is still in beta version and can only be used after coordination with Ziber.

Content

There are 3 tabs:

1. "groups" tab

Column name	Description	Lines
id	The unique ID of a group	Mandatory, Unique in tab
name	The name of a group	Obliged
subgroup	The subgroup name. Usually the grade is sufficient (for example: 1)	Optional

2. "students" tab

Column name	Description	Lines
id	The student's unique ID	Mandatory, unique in tab
first name	Student's first name	Obliged
preposition	Student initials	Optional
last name	Student's last name	Obliged
date of birth	Student's date of birth	Mandatory, format: DD/MM/YYYY
group_ids	Groups to which the student is associated	Optional, separated by: comma or semicolon, must exist in tab "groups"
parent_1_id	Unique ID of parent 1	Optional
parent_1_email	Email from parent 1	Required if parent_1_id is entered, Email address
parent_1_language	Language of parent 1 This is used to send the invitation in the correct language.	Optional, standard: NL view the available languages and their abbreviations here
parent_2_id	Unique ID of parent 2	Optional
parent_2_email	Email from parent 2	Required if parent_2_id is entered, Email address
parent_2_language	Language of parent 2 This is used to send the invitation in the correct language.	Optional, standard: NL view the available languages and their abbreviations here

3. "team members" tab

Column name	Description	Lines
id	The group leader's unique ID	Mandatory, unique in tab

Import Excel into Ziber Team

To import the file into Ziber Team, go to Kwieb via the Dashboard and click the Import button. You can schedule the import and upload the file here.
