Parnassys data link - What data is exchanged?
There is a data link between ParnasSys and the Ziber platform. This link ensures a secure data transfer of relevant data from ParnasSys to the Ziber platform. This article explains which data is exchanged.

Which data goes from Ziber platform to ParnasSys?
ParnasSys does not support the ability to process data from external platforms (such as the Ziber platform).
How is the data processed on the Ziber platform?
- New students are added automatically
- Parents' e-mail addresses are being prepared for invitations to the Kwieb app
- Graduated students will be removed
- Group classification is adopted (also changes)
- Subclasses are also adopted (also changes)
- Combination groups are also adopted (also changes)
- Teachers (names & group division) are taken over
What does this data link offer more than the manual EDEXML import?

You no longer have to work at school with making separate EDEXML files. The link is secure directly between the two platforms, without the involvement of a third party. You do have control over the operation of the clutch.
Combination groups
The data link includes combination groups. These are imported by year group, but also as a combination group, so you can directly reach the entire class.
Subclasses
This data link has an additional advantage that not only the groups are taken over from ParnasSys (standard in the EDEXML), but also the subclasses! This makes it much easier for the school team to quickly share information with the right group(s) of parents in Ziber Team & Kwieb. You can choose in Ziber Team whether you want to turn the subclasses on or off.
Children starting school soon
Are there any children who are coming to school soon and have already been entered in ParnasSys? These will therefore be automatically transferred to the Ziber platform with the data link. You then decide whether you want to invite these parents to Kwieb. You can arrange that from Ziber Team. Unfortunately, this was not possible with the manual EDEXML.
E-mail addresses parents
The data link also immediately prepares the Kwieb invitations for the parents, because the e-mail addresses of the parents are read in. This was not possible with the manual EDEXML import.
