ESIS data link - What data is exchanged?
A data link is possible between Esis (Rovict) and the Ziber platform. This link ensures a secure data transfer of relevant data from Esis to the Ziber platform. This article explains which data is exchanged.

Which data goes from Ziber platform to Esis?
Esis does not support the ability to process data from the Ziber platform.
How is the data processed on the Ziber platform?
- New students are added automatically (8 weeks before they enroll/4 years old)
- Graduated students will be removed
- Parents' e-mail addresses are being prepared for invitations to the Kwieb app
- Group classification is adopted (also changes)
students in multiple groups also receive a combination group - Teachers (names & group division) are taken over
What does this data link offer more than the manual EDEXML import?

You no longer have to work at school with making separate EDEXML files. The link is secure directly between the two platforms, without the intervention of a third party. You do have control over the operation of the clutch.
Groups and combination groups
This data link has an additional advantage that not only a combination group is taken over from Esis (standard in the EDEXML), but also the groups themselves! This makes it much easier for the school team to quickly share information with the right group(s) of parents in Ziber Team & Kwieb.
Children starting school soon
Are there children who come to school within 2 months and have already been entered in ESIS? These will therefore be automatically transferred to the Ziber platform with the data link. You then decide whether you want to invite these parents to Kwieb. You can arrange that from Ziber Team. Unfortunately, this was not possible with the manual EDEXML.
Note: The new entrants are not automatically assigned to the correct group until they are 4 years old.
You can easily create a group for these students manually, so that these parents can easily be reached. You can read how to do this in this article .
E-mail addresses parents
The data link also immediately prepares the Kwieb invitations for the parents, because the e-mail addresses of the parents are read in. With the manual EDEXML import this was not possible and inviting the parents is a manual process.
