Change/delete group
If you want to change a group, first go to Groups Management and then find the group you want to change and press it. You can then choose from the following functions;
Please note: Only " manual groups " to which you have been assigned can be changed. Administration/management can always change groups.
To look at
You can always view a group. Even if you are not assigned to the group yourself. You can also view the IMPORT groups (which cannot be changed, because they are managed via your LAS) via this button.
Change group
You can change the name and photo of the group via this button. Please note that the name and photo are also visible to parents in the Kwieb app.
You can also choose here whether the group is visible or hidden.
When the group is visible, all parents can see the group name and the group members.
When a group is set to hidden, it is not visible to parents in Kwieb, unless the parent's child is in this group. When the parent's child is in the group, only the group name is visible to this parent, not the group members.
Change team members
This button allows you to remove other team members from the group or add them to the group. You cannot remove yourself from the group, only someone else can do that for you.

Students change
This button allows you to add and/or remove students from the group. Simply select the students you want to add and remove the checkmark from the students you want to remove.
Please note: When you remove a child from a group on a particular day, parents will continue to see the information they have received up to that day regarding that group, even after the student has been removed from the group.
Delete Group
You can delete the group using this button.
You will be asked to confirm the deletion. When you press OK, the group will be deleted, after which the group will be removed from the group management and you will no longer be able to publish to Kwieb via this group from Ziber Team .
Please note: If you delete a group on a specific day, parents will continue to see the information they received up to that day regarding that group, even after the group is deleted.
