What kind of groups are there?
In Ziber Team there are groups in which children are classified, so that you as a school team member can easily publish to a group, so that all parents of those children see the information in Kwieb! This applies, for example, if you publish messages, activities, polls and/or photo albums to the parent app Kwieb.
Two types of groups
There are two kinds of groups in Ziber Team;
- Import groups
- Manual groups
Import Groups
The Import Groups are linked to your LAS (Student Administration System, for example Esis or Parnassys) and cannot be changed in Ziber Team. The group name, students and associated teachers are all set in your LAS at school and are carried over into Ziber Team. Do you want to change something about these IMPORT groups? Then implement the change in your LAS and sync the change to Ziber (Ziber Team). You can do this manually via an EDEXML file or via one of our automated links.

Manual groups
You can create manual groups yourself in Ziber Team. You can place multiple students and multiple school team members in a manual group. When you publish to the group you created from Ziber Team, then:
- do the parents/guardians of the children of that group receive the information in Kwieb
- the school team members of this group will receive a notification that you have posted something
- all school team members of the group can manage the group
Tip: You can use manual groups for example for a plus class to easily inform the parents about the progress of that plus class.
