FAQ - Topics not working
If Topics is not working for you, there could be a number of reasons:
- The administration/management has set up Topics for the entire school/daycare.
- It is possible that you have Topics turned off in your profile. It is then not possible for parents to send a Topic to a specific teacher.
- Another reason could be that your account has not yet been linked correctly.
Topics are disabled for the entire school/daycare
The administration/directorate can turn Topics on/off for the entire school/daycare via ' Topics settings '. Check the 'Topics settings'.
Topics is turned off by a team member
Via the ' profile ' a team member can turn his/her Topics on/off. Check yourself if Topics is turned on in the profile. Via settings 'team members' the administration can also see if Topics is turned on for a team member.
The account has not yet been linked correctly/has no role
The administration can check via settings ' team members ' whether the account has been created correctly by the team member, activated and whether a role has been assigned. It is possible that the account is not working correctly yet.
