Export absences
You can export the absences from Ziber Team. You do this by going to the student management. In student management you can choose to export the absences of all students (only for administration or management) or per individual student .
Absence export all students
Click on the 'export' button at the top right to download the absence list of all students. An Excel file will then open containing all the reported absences of the students.
In the overview you will see the following columns:
- Name student
- Reported by date/time
- Reported by parent
- Start date/time of absence
- End date/time of absences
- Reason for absence
- Any comment
Absence export individual student
When you go to the profile of an individual student, you can export the absences of this student. You will be notified if the student is absent.
