TIP - Have parents pick up homework because of Corona?
How do you get parents to pick up their homework in a way that minimizes the risk of Corona contamination? Use Kwieb's conversation planner so that parents can choose a time slot to pick up homework in the group! In this article an example of how you can organize this:
Use the Call Planner!
- Create a new meeting scheduler (make sure to do this a few days in advance so parents can plan it)
- Title: "Fetching homework at school"
- Description: "Due to Corona, you can choose a time slot to pick up your child's homework"
- Choose all children from your group
- Choose all days on which parents can pick up their homework and the times between which that is possible
- Take as a time slot 10 minutes (or maybe a little longer?), so that they have enough time to do it within that time
- Publish the call planner!
