Overview call planners
Under the 'Calls' button you will find all the call planners that have been created and planned by you or your fellow teachers. You can follow the progress of the calls in the status bars.
When the calls have started, you can print a handy list with an overview of the entered time slots.
Current and archived call schedulers
When a scheduler's calls are completed, i.e. when the last call has taken place, the call scheduler is automatically moved to the archive . By default, you only see the current conversations. You can click on 'archive' to make the old planners visible:
