Conversation planner with divorced parents?
- Up to 4 parents/guardians can be associated with a child
- Every parent/guardian receives an invitation for the child
- One time slot can be chosen (together).

The parents/guardians known to the school will be invited to Kwieb, this is possible up to a maximum of 4 people.
Invitation
When an invitation is sent to the parents/guardians, they all receive the invitation.
Choose one time slot
When one of the parents/guardians sets a timeslot, the others all receive a confirmation of the fixed date/timeslot. Every parent/guardian can then adjust the date/time in Kwieb. All parents/caregivers will receive an update of every change.
When the registration period has ended, the last chosen date/time lost is fixed.
Tip: If it is desirable that the parents/guardians schedule a meeting separately, this can be done in consultation with the teacher, who can then set an extra time slot.
