How do I find a new message?

When school has posted a message and shares it with you in Kwieb, you will be made aware of this in various ways. You will receive a push notification, email notification, an app notification, a badge notification and the message will be at the top of the timeline in Kwieb!

You will receive a push notification on your phone for every new message that is shared with you in Kwieb. When you press the notification, Kwieb opens directly with the message on the screen.

You will receive an e-mail notification in your mailbox for every new message that is shared with you in Kwieb. When you press the notification, Kwieb opens directly with the message on the screen.

Timeline

When you open the Kwieb app, you normally enter the timeline. At the top of the timeline are always the most recent posts that school has shared with you. There you will find the messages you are looking for.

Tip: If you have missed notifications, a bell is ringing at the top right of Kwieb. If you press it, you will see the notifications you missed. This may also include notifications about new messages. Press a notification and go directly to the correct message!
