Place news element in a page
You can place a 'news element' on the pages of your website. The news element ensures that the current news items are displayed on a page.
Post news element
If you want to place the news element on a certain page, first go from the main menu of Ziber Team to the page where you want to add it. When you edit the page, place the cursor where you want to place the element.
Then choose the 'Insert content' icon on the right side of the page. There you will see various options, including 'News' (at the bottom of the list). Select it and then go through the options given to you.
First of all, choose the bottom option 'News element'.
- Number of posts Select here how many news items you want to show in the element.
- Width: Determine the width of the element. You can choose a pixel value here, or you can choose automatic - the element will then be displayed in the full width of the page.
- Show: Here you get 2 options; Latest news or News with tag . When you choose 'Latest news', the most recently added messages (according to the chosen number) will be shown on that page. Choose 'News with tag' to only show news items that match a tag.
- Display: Here you get 2 options; Under each other or Animated per seconds . When you choose 'Under each other', the selected number of news items on that page will be shown in a list. Choose 'Animated per seconds' to make it an element that allows the news items to be animated - you can also specify how many seconds the element should animate.
Then click on 'continue' and the following 'taggie' will appear on the page (depending on the settings):
Among each other:
[content|NL|NEWS;newsTag_1;4;-1;last;list]
Animated:
[content|NL|NEWS;newsTag_1;4;-1;last;animation^10]
You can still adjust the values in the tags. You can change the number of news items by changing the 4 (in this example) to the desired number of messages. The -1 in the taggie stands for the width of the element. You can adjust this to any pixel size (eg 200). When you have chosen the animated solution, you can change the last number (10 in this example) to the number of seconds you want.
