What information can I request from the customer?
When selling a ticket, you naturally need certain information from a customer. You can determine for yourself which data is required for each activity.
The minimum requirements are:
- Name
- E-mail address
You can additionally request the following information:
- phone number
- Date of birth
- Addresses (e.g. delivery address or billing address)
Website visitors can create an account (Ziber ID) when logging in, the visitor can also choose to pay without an account.
The visitor is then asked for his information.
