What about the VAT?
When selling your tickets, you can enter the VAT rate for each sales option. The rates are: 0 (no VAT), 6% (reduced rate) and 21% (general rate). It is possible to add multiple sales options to one activity that consist of different VAT rates.
In the emails that the customer receives after ordering the ticket, the calculated VAT is clearly stated.
In the financial overview (.xls) that you can export for your administration, the VAT calculated for each sale is stated in a separate column.
The cost for using Ziber Pay is 1 euro per transaction (including 21% VAT).
